Marcus Walters is a UK-based designer and image maker. After graduating from Central St Martin’s in London, he has art-directed magazines, co-founded the design studio New Future Graphic, launched fashion and homeware brands, and created impactful imagery for top global brands.
Marcus is known for his vibrant graphic style and optimistic approach. His illustration work spans hand lettering, drawing, paper cutting, and sharp vector iconography. His design and art direction follow three core principles: Creative, Enduring, and Precise.
Marcus lives near Stroud, UK, and shares a studio with his partner Hayley, a textile designer and screen printer.

My approach

A strong client relationship starts with clarity. That’s why the first step in my process is agreeing on a visual direction. My portfolio spans a wide variety of styles and techniques, making it essential to define the project’s specific requirements and expectations upfront. This alignment ensures both client and creator are fully on the same page before creative production begins.
I follow a phased production approach, allowing for regular checkpoints where both the client and I can evaluate progress and refine as needed. Each project demands an individual approach, and I tailor my methods accordingly to deliver
the best results.
